J’ai travaillé dans l’industrie des cosmétiques durant quelques années, tout en ayant en tête comme projet de créer ma propre marque et c’est enfin chose faite. Superbe !
Ce qui m’a décidé de me lancer dans cette aventure, c’est le fait de constater qu’une grande majorité des produits cosmétiques ne satisfassent pas les consommateurs sur le long terme car ils ne sont pas assez efficaces.
De plus, nous vivons dans une société de consommation, où l’on vous incite à acheter tout et à tout prix, à rechercher constamment la nouveauté, et toujours des produits plus efficaces et plus performants … c’est une manière de vous maintenir dans un cercle vicieux et soyons honnêtes avez-vous constaté de réelles différences entre les produits ? Quand on sait qu’un produit acheté dans un supermarché peut être aussi efficace qu’un produit acheté en parfumerie, on est en droit de se poser des questions. Au final vous recherchez encore le produit miracle.
Cependant, nous pouvons tout de même souligner de nombreuses innovations apparues telles que le développement de nouveaux actifs, de nouveaux procédés technologiques, la tendance à revenir aux produits sains et naturels, le concept de développement durable prenant son essor récemment ou encore la structuration de la réglementation cosmétique au niveau européen.
Pourquoi ce processus est-il si long ? Eh bien, ce n’est pas dans l’intérêt premier de l’industrie où le profit est le maître mot.
Doucement, nous y arrivons et c’est une chose positive certes mais vous pouvez à votre niveau accélérer les choses si vous estimez que votre bien-être est primordial, en changeant certaines habitudes. Je pense vraiment que nous devons revenir à l’essentiel à savoir « être bien dans sa peau » au sens propre comme au figuré.
Le but de ce blog est de tout simplement de partager ma passion pour l’univers des cosmétiques, d’échanger avec vous et de recueillir vos attentes en matière de produits cosmétiques et finalement si je peux vous aider à révéler votre beauté, cela me procurera la plus grande des satisfactions.

What made me decide to jump in this adventure is the fact that a large majority of cosmetics do not satisfy consumers in the long run because they are not effective enough.
In addition, we live in a consumer society, where you are encouraged to buy everything and at any price, to constantly search for novelty, and always more efficient and more high-performance products … it’s a way of keeping you in a vicious circle and let’s be honest did you notice real differences between the products ? When you know that a product bought in a supermarket can be as effective as a product bought in perfumery, we are entitled to ask questions. In the end you are still looking for the miracle product.
However, we can nevertheless highlight many innovations that have emerged such as the development of new assets, new technological processes, the tendency to return to healthy and natural products, the concept of sustainable development taking off recently or the structuring of the cosmetic regulation at European level.
Why is this process so long? Well, it’s not in the prime interest of the industry where profit is the key word.
Gently, we get there and it’s a positive thing for sure, but you can speed things up if you feel that your well-being is essential, by changing certain habits.
I really think that we have to go back to the basics of « being good about yourself » literally and figuratively.
